What are the qualifications of the Funky Fish Of'fish'ial Staff?

All staff are CPR trained, snorkeling instructors, with a first aid kit and a lot of love to share.

What is the instructor - student ratio?

Depending on age, no more than 1 - 7.

What if my child cannot swim?

We provide inflatable snorkeling vests which creates success and springboards them towards learning to swim.

What if my child has a medical condition or allergy?

On the waiver, you will inform us of any medical condition or allergy. Each situation is unique. Please just ask because we care.

What if it rains during the program?

Instructors will use their own discretion. All children will be out of the water during lightning storms. Your child's safety is our first concern.

As a parent, what do I do while my children are at the program?

Its up to you! Make the most of your day off by snorkeling or SCUBA diving, relaxing, shopping, going to the beach, or utilizing the facilities.

What if my child doesn't want to participate in part of the program?

\Children are not required to do anything that makes them unhappy. We try to include them by giving them other opportunities. We all stay together as a group.

What if the ocean is rough?

We either just jump waves or go on a beach nature hike.

What precautions are taken to keep my child safe from the sun?

Each child is hydrated and sun block is re-applied throughout the day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Individuals must give 24 hours notice. Groups must give 7 days. If proper notice is not giving, there is a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
